How much calories are there in mango, papaya, pineapples, etc…?

Following the article which I posted last week, I received several requests insisting on having the list of calories provided by a certain number of fruits. But first, and generally speaking, we should recall that fruits are a refreshing food due to their high water content. Also, their caloric intake is generally low. In addition, fruits provide us with a good amount of antioxidants, fibres, vitamins and minerals.

The following list will give you an idea of the approximate caloric value pertaining to a certain number of fruits which are the most common to us. You may choose those that are best for you but always remember that the diversification in the colors of fruits is essential so that we profit to the maximum from such foods.

The values (in Kcal) below are per 100 grams of each of the following fruits:
